1. Responsibility
   You are solely responsible for any data, media, content, or campaign inputs you upload or create via the Service (“User Content”). You must ensure you have the right to share and process this content.

   By submitting User Content, you grant Speeda AI Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Speeda AI Ltd. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speeda AI Ltd., its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill — arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service

• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful elements transmitted through the Service

This limitation applies even if Speeda AI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with DIFC regulations. Both parties agree to waive their right to trial by jury or to participate in class actions.
